These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

Without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights, we would like to point out the following:
Due to individual screen configurations (e.g. resolution and brightness), slight deviations between the displayed and actual product colours may occur.
For wooden products, natural variations in grain, structure and colour are possible.
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany, to the member states of the European Union and to selected third countries, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Delivery to additional countries worldwide may also be possible. The available destination countries and applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping costs depend on the respective delivery country and are displayed separately during the ordering process.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union – in particular Switzerland and the United Kingdom – additional customs duties, taxes (e.g. import VAT) or other charges may apply and must be borne by the customer.

Delivery is made exclusively by shipping to the address specified during the ordering process.
Self-collection of goods is not possible.
6.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include statutory value-added tax.
6.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Shopify Payments
Payment processing by credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, where applicable, other payment methods supported by Shopify such as Apple Pay or Google Pay is handled via Shopify Payments. Your payment method will be charged immediately after submission of the order.
PayPal
Payment is processed via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submission of the order.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sweden, we offer invoice purchase and instalment purchase. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers and requires a successful credit check. Payment processing is carried out directly with Klarna.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
For customers residing in Switzerland, we are entitled to register the retention of title in the appropriate retention of title register.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the carrier immediately and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.
9.1 Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply.
For consumers residing in Switzerland, the following additionally applies:
The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the seller immediately of any defects. If no timely notification is made, the goods shall be deemed approved, except for defects that were not detectable during proper inspection. Such hidden defects must be reported immediately after discovery.
In the event of a defect, we shall provide remedy in accordance with statutory provisions, at our discretion either by repair or replacement. If subsequent performance fails, you are entitled, in accordance with statutory provisions, to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
We shall bear the expenses necessary for subsequent performance, provided that a defect actually exists.

We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:
– in the event of injury to life, body or health
– in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
– in the event of guarantee commitments, where agreed
– where the scope of application of the German Product Liability Act applies
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
We are not subject to any specific codes of conduct.
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another country, in particular a Member State of the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
