In-stock items are delivered within Germany in 2–3 business days and internationally within 7–10 business days. Made-to-order items require approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery.
We ship with DHL to ensure reliable and prompt delivery.
By electronically transmitting the shipment data to DHL, your email address is also transmitted to DHL for the purpose of delivery notifications. You will then receive an automatic shipment notification including a tracking link. You can use this link to access up-to-date information about the status of your delivery at any time.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, DHL will inform you by email about the whereabouts of your shipment. The parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or held at a local collection point. In this case, you will receive a corresponding notification by email.
A delivery address different from the billing address may be specified during the ordering process.
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible.
Shipments returned to us marked as “undeliverable” will not be automatically re-sent. In such cases, we will contact you by email to clarify the address details. Re-shipment will only take place after confirmation of the corrected address.
Orders containing multiple items with different delivery times are generally shipped separately according to availability. No additional shipping or handling charges will apply.
If you expressly request delivery in one complete shipment, please inform us accordingly.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 19% VAT discount on their order. This will be automatically applied at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, please note that shipping fees exclude any taxes, customs duties, or import costs that may be charged when the parcel reaches its destination.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please only try on shoes on a soft surface or carpet to avoid any marks or scratches on the sole. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Germany customers:
Returns are processed exclusively via our returns portal. A flat return shipping fee of 5€ will be charged and deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Return shipments are made at the customer’s own risk. You can always contact us for any return question at shop@montaglobal.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@montaglobal.comif the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
